Grilled feta burgers with
couscous salad

Pour the stock over the
couscous, allow to soak for
approx. 10 minutes and then

Mix the prepared salad

couscous. Mix the lemon juice,
olive oil, salt, pepper and a little
sugar to make a salad dressing,
mix with the salad, season and
serve with the burgers.

½ bunch parsley
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
