Swiss chard rolls with an

Clean and blanch the chard
leaves (see below for set-
tings).

Mix together the mince
with the soy sauce and root
ginger, and season with salt and
pepper.

Soak the mushrooms, chop
ƂPGN[ CPF CFF VQ VJG
mixture. Mix in the noodles.

Spread the mince over the
blanched leaves, roll up
tightly and cook (see below for
settings).

Serve with rice and a sweet
