Roast beef with sautéed pota-
toes and homemade remoulade

Trim the meat. Mix the oil
with the salt and pepper and
brush the meat with it. Place
the meat on the rack in the
oven and roast (see below for
settings).

Mix together all the
ingredients for the
remoulade, and season with salt,
pepper, lemon juice and sugar
to taste.

Slice the boiled potatoes and

butter in a pan on the hob, and
add the potatoes, onion and
bacon. Fry until crispy and
season with salt and pepper.
