Vegetable bake

Cut the vegetables into bite
sized pieces. Place in a
perforated container and blanch
(see below for settings).

Beat together the cream,
milk and eggs, and season
with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Grease a solid container or
ovenproof dish and add the
vegetables. Pour over the egg
mixture, sprinkle with cheese
and dot with butter. Place on
