Trout in white wine sauce

a solid cooking container, then
add the lemon peel, carrot slices,

Heat the butter in 6 tbsp of
the sauce, season with salt
and pepper pour over the trout
and garnish with lemon slices.

Serve with rice topped with
chopped herbs.
