Chicken curry

Cut meat into strips approx.
1 cm wide.

Mix the oil, paprika
powder and curry powder
and marinate the meat in it for
15 minutes.

Cut the peppers into thin
strips and place with the
meat in a solid cooking
container.
Mix the cream and crème
fraîche and season with salt
and pepper. Pour over the meat
