Pancetta on a bed of
vegetables

Mix together the cream
cheese, crème fraîche and
soup herbs and spread in a solid
cooking container.

Add the peas and carrots,
halve the mushrooms and
add them to the container. Layer
the asparagus on top.

Chop up the pancetta,
distribute over the vegeta-
bles and cook (see below for
settings).

Stir carefully and then allow
it to stand for another 5
minutes in the oven.

Garnish with parsley. Deli-
cious served with rice or
baguette.
