Turkey roulade with spring
cabbage
Cut the turkey from the
middle to both sides. Mix the
salt, pepper and oil and brush
the turkey with it. Then roll it up
and fasten with skewers and tie
with kitchen twine. Place on the
rack in the oven and roast (see
below for settings).
Clean the cabbage and chop

in a large frying pan in hot
