Tomato mozzarella puffs

Slice the tomatoes and
mozzarella.

Defrost the pastry and roll
out. Cut into 8 squares
measuring 10 x 10 cm.

Place a slice of tomato
topped with a slice of
mozzarella in the centre of each
pastry square, and season with
salt and pepper.

Place the squares on the
universal tray lined with bak-
ing paper and bake until golden
(see below for settings).

Garnish with basil leaves
before serving.
