Chop the chives and parsley
and mix with the meat.

Defrost the puff pastry, roll
out and cut into 4 rectangles.

Spread 1 tbsp of the meat
mixture along one edge of
each piece of pastry. Brush the
edges of the pastry with egg
white and roll up.
