Asparagus with smoked
salmon and cream cheese rolls

Peel the asparagus and cut
into pieces 3 cm long. Place
the white and green asparagus
in 2 separate perforated cooking
containers.

Cook the white asparagus

Put the green asparagus
into the oven. Cook both

Mix together the olive oil
and lemon juice. Chop the
chives and add to the oil. Season
with salt and cayenne pepper.
Allow the cooked asparagus to
infuse in the mixture.

Stir the cream cheese with
the cream and season with
salt and pepper. Spread out
the slices of smoked salmon
and spread some of the cream
cheese over each slice. Roll up
the smoked salmon.

Wash and dry the lollo rosso.
Arrange on a serving plate
with the marinated asparagus
and salmon rolls.
Serve with toast.
