The working principle of the steam oven
is simple and effective. Unlike
traditional steam ovens, a separate
tank or water jug is filled with just the
right quantity of water. An element
heats the water, and the resultant
steam is then injected into the oven
cavity, gently surrounding the food
from all sides.
Rapid heat conduction and the
consequent steaming process ensure
exact, even cooking and, with equal
steaming power on all three levels,
guarantee time and energy savings
compared with cooking on a hob or in
an oven.
