Chicken breast on toast

Season the chicken breast
with salt and pepper and fry
in a frying pan over a medium
heat. When done, slice thinly.

Wash and slice the tomatoes
and wash the salad leaves.

Toast the bread on the rack
(see below for settings), re-
move, turn over and spread with
herb butter.

Place a salad leaf and tomato
slices on each slice of toast.

Add the chicken and Gouda
slices, place the toast on the
rack under the grill, place the
universal tray at the lowest level
and grill (see below for settings).
