Lemon iced cake

Stir together the butter,
sugar, salt and lemon zest
until the sugar has dissolved.
Gradually add the eggs and stir
in well.

with approx. 4 tbsp lemon
juice to a thin icing. Turn the
cake out of the tin and drizzle
the icing. Allow to cool
completely.
