Broccoli and mushroom bake
Serves 3
Ingredients:
300 g broccoli
300 g mushrooms
400 g potatoes, peeled weight,
diced
125 g crème fraîche
100 ml double cream
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp salt

150 g Cheddar, grated
Method:
1. Separate the broccoli into florets and place them in
a suitable dish. Clean and slice the mushrooms and
add them to the broccoli along with the diced
potatoes.
2. Combine the crème fraîche with the cream, cornflour,
salt, pepper and about

of the Cheddar.
3. Stir the crème fraîche mixture into the vegetables.
Sprinkle over the remaining Cheddar and bake
uncovered until golden brown.
