Apple dream

Peel, quarter and slice the
apples. Place in a solid cook-
ing container, sprinkle with
sugar and cook (see below for
settings).

dos. Place the cooled apples on
top of the sponge base.

Mix the mascarpone, quark,
milk and sugar (or honey)
until smooth and pour carefully
over the apples.

Beat the cream and vanilla
sugar until stiff and pour
over the mixture. Dust with
chocolate powder.
