Extremely quiet
Casing and air circuit of Miele heat-pump dryers are
designed to reduce airflow and vibration noise to a
minimum. This allows you to switch on your tumble dryer
at any time without disturbing noises. Selected models also
feature “Extra quiet”, a special programme which reduces the
noise level even further when drying your laundry.
FragranceDos
With Miele fragrance flacons – your laundry is encased
in a beautiful scent during the drying process. A family
run company in the south of France, which has been
creating fragrances since 1871, produces fragrances for Miele.
With a patented process their perfume specialists ensure that the
valuable ingredients are preserved. The result: pleasantly fresh
and naturaly fragrant laundry for up to four weeks.
High condensation efficiency
An important quality criteria for tumble dryers is that the entire
unit is leak-proof. The less hot, moisture-laden air leaking from
the tumble dryer, the better the condensation efficiency. Also,
high evaporation losses in closed rooms are very unpleasant:
condensation on walls can cause the formation of mould which
can result in damage to the building. Miele tumble dryers achieve
best leak-proof values – and therefore the highest condensation
efficiency rating.
Honeycomb drum

The unique honeycomb structure lifts the laundry higher
in the rotating drum. Items are exposed to the warm air
stream for longer, which achieves more uniform drying
results. Air pockets form in the depressions of the individual
hexagons and cushion the fall of laundry. This ensures that your
textiles are treated much gentler and have less creases after
drying. This simplifies ironing considerably.
Intelligent drum reversal
A Miele tumble dryer changes the rotation of the drum in irregular
intervals. This prevents laundry from rolling into a tangled knot
and ensures uniform drying results and less creases.
Anti-crease action
If you cannot remove your textiles immediately after the drying
programme has finished, the anti-crease action ensures that the
items are moved at regular intervals to prevent excessive
creasing.
Buzzer
A buzzer signals when the drying programme has finished. This
lets you know your freshly dried laundry is ready for removal.
Delay start and countdown indicator
The delay start feature allows the start of a programme to be
postponed. This is of particular advantage if you want to use off
peak electricity or when you want a programme to finish at a
particular time (for example, when you come home from work).

you of the time the current programme will finish.

The new generation of Miele tumble dryers has a characteristic
face: an eye-catching modern door design. With the new viewing
window, the tumble dryers match the Miele washing machines
perfectly. Another benefit: you can keep an eye on your laundry at
all times.
Drum lighting
All Miele tumble dryers have drum lighting, many of them with
maintenance-free LEDs. These illuminate the Miele honeycomb
drum so perfectly that you can no longer overlook any laundry
items. Simply convenient – and looking good!
EcoFeedback
The EcoFeedback function assists you in drying your
laundry as efficiently as possible. Before the selected
programme starts, you receive an energy consumption
forecast. The current and final consumption data is indicated
during and after drying. This figure can vary depending on the
load. This allows you, on the basis of concrete data, to protect the
environment and save money. Filter saturation is also indicated.
After all, a clean fluff filter also saves energy.
Eco option
With the Eco option, your laundry is dried as energy efficiently as
possible. A slightly prolonged programme duration time allows
the tumble dryer to work particularly efficiently, and save money
at the same time.

This is how environmentally friendly a tumble dryer can be: all
Miele heat-pump dryers achieve a 6 star energy efficiency rating.
