Anti-flooding guarantee

Miele offers a guarantee on all water protection systems to
protect your home - over a period of 20 years. You are covered by
the guarantee should damage occur as a result of a faulty water
protection system

damages covered by the terms of the anti-flooding guarantee
provided installation has been carried out correctly.
AutoClean

The AutoClean detergent dispenser is rinsed with a
series of powerful jets of water after every wash
programme. This removes any detergent residue
thoroughly. The particularly smooth surface assists the rinsing
process. This ensures that dispenser compartments remain
clean.
Automatic load control
All Miele washing machines feature intelligent automatic
load control. This feature analyses the current load and
uses no more water and electricity than is necessary for
perfect wash and rinse results.
CapDosing
A convenient solution for processing laundry requiring
special applications. Miele's portioned capsules are
simply placed into the fabric conditioner compartment.
The appliance dispenses its contents automatically at the perfect
point in time during the wash process.
Choose from: 4 special detergents (Sport, Down items, WoolCare,
SilkCare), 3 fabric conditioners (Aqua, Cocoon, Nature), as well as
the Booster which deals with persistent soiling.
Delay start and countdown indicator
The delay start feature allows you to determine when you want
the next wash programme to start. This is of particular advantage
if you want to use off peak electricity rates or when you want a
programme to finish at a particular time (for example, when you
come home from work). The delay start feature allows the start of
a programme to be postponed by up to 24 hours in advance. The
display also informs you of the time the current programme will
finish.
Drum lighting
Many Miele washing machines feature LED drum lighting. The
maintenance-free power LEDs illuminate the Miele honeycomb
drum so perfectly that you can no longer overlook any laundry
items. Simply convenient – and looking good!
EcoFeedback
Miele washing machines with the EcoFeedback function
provide precise electricity and water consumption data.
This gives you greater control over costs. Before starting
a programme, you can request the consumption forecast of a
selected programme. Exact consumption data is provided after
the programme has finished as consumption can vary depending
on the load.

Enamelled front
Miele is the only manufacturer of domestic electric appliances to
enamel the front panels of all washing machines, tumble dryers
and washer-dryers. The high-quality enamel is scratch-proof,
corrosion-proof, alkaline-resistant, impervious to acids, easy to
clean and colour-fast.
Flowmeter
Some Miele washing machines feature a flow meter in addition to
automatic load recognition: with a precision impeller, the water
intake is controlled and measured very precisely, helping you to
reduce water consumption. This helps to save water – extremely
economical and environmentally friendly.
Honeycomb drum

The web-like structure of the Miele honeycomb drum
allows a thin film of water to be created between the
drum and the laundry. This results in laundry gliding
gently and protects the fibres perfectly. The smaller, smoothly
polished shouldered holes in the walls of the drum are also gentle
on your textiles and prevent pilling and laddering. Foreign objects
such as paper clips no longer end up in the drain pump.
Intensive flow
With Intensive Flow – a characteristic of the PowerWash system –
Miele utilises a potential which other washing machines neglect:
suds solution is sprayed many times over onto the laundry. This
increases the effective use of detergent by approx. 10%. This
technology also benefits the environment: Intensive Flow reduces
electricity consumption.
Low consumption values
Miele washing machines are ecological and only consume the
amount of water and electricity needed. The appliances feature
up to 4.5 star energy rating.
PowerWash
Miele’s PowerWash System comprises “Intensive Flow” and
“QuickPowerWash”. Intensive flow: thanks to a sophisticated suds
cycle, the efficiency of the detergent is fully utilised and
the wash performance considerably increased -
cleanliness you can measure objectively. With the new
QuickPowerWash programme your Miele washing machine
achieves thorough cleanliness in less than 1 hour. Only available
