freshwater system is the complete change
of water between the different stages
of the wash programme. This ensures
a consistent level of cleaning and very
high standards of hygiene throughout the
process. Thanks to the combination of
continuous recirculated water and specially
adapted programmes, these machines
achieve ­optimum cleanliness and hygiene,
even when the content of the load changes
every time – an invaluable advantage when
crockery, cooking pots and glasses each
need to be washed in turn.

The constant change of water prevents an
accumulation of soiling during the wash
phase. The final, thorough rinse is carried
out at a pre-set, constant temperature.
