90 Ingredients Preparation Serves 2 | Preparation time: 15 minutes + 2 hours for marinating 12 prawns (16 g each), ready to cook 50 ml olive oil 1 red chilli | sliced into rings 2 small cloves of garlic | finely sliced ½ tsp. sea salt Pepper, black Accessories: Vacuum sealing bags Place the prawns in the vacuum sealing bag. Gently heat the olive oil. Add the chilli and garlic to the oil and allow to cool. Add the cooled olive oil along with the sea salt and pepper to the prawns in the vacuum sealing bag and vacuum seal using the settings indicated. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator. Take the prawns out of the vacuum sealing bag and remove the garlic. Grill the prawns or fry them in a hot pan.
