88 Ingredients Preparation Serves 2 | Preparation time: 10 minutes + 2 hours for marinating 160 g strawberries ½ tsp. green peppercorns 15 ml aged balsamic vinegar 1 tsp. sugar Accessories: Vacuum sealing bags Cut off the strawberry stalks and place the strawberries next to one another in the vacuum sealing bag with the cut side facing downwards. Mix together the remaining ingredients, then add to the strawberries in the bag and seal according to the settings. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator. Take the balsamic strawberries out of the vacuum sealing bag and serve. Settings Vacuuming Vacuum level: Balsamic strawberries Useful tip For a more intense balsamic taste, halve or slice the strawberries prior to marinating. Serve either on their own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
