58 Ingredients Preparation Serves 2 | Preparation time: 80 minutes 40 g apples | cored and quartered 1 tsp. salt ½ tsp. pepper 1 tsp. walnut oil ½ tbsp. maple syrup 1 tbsp. hot wholegrain mustard 250 g pork fillet, ready to cook Accessories: Vacuum sealing bags Rack Slice the apples into wedges. Place the apple slices in a fan shape in the vacuum sealing bag. Mix the salt, pepper, walnut oil and maple syrup, then spread over the apple slices. Coat the pork fillet with the mustard, lay it on top of the apple slices and then vacuum seal the bag using the settings indicated. Place the vacuum sealing bag in the oven on the rack and cook using the settings indicated. Once cooked, take the fillet of pork with apple slices out of the vacuum sealing bag. Reduce the jus slightly in a small pan, then slice the pork and pour the jus over the top.
