110 Ingredients Preparation Serves 3 | Preparation time: 100 minutes 40 g almonds, chopped 1 unwaxed lemon | zest only 100 g marzipan A pinch of cinnamon 1 tbsp. almonds, chopped ½ tbsp. rum 2 tbsp. icing sugar 3 tart apples, such as Granny Smiths | cored Accessories: 3 vacuum sealing bags Rack Ovenproof dish Apple corer Toast the almonds in the pan and leave to cool. Mix the toasted almonds with 1 tsp. lemon zest and the remaining ingredients; then press a third of the mixture into each of the apples. Place each filled apple into a separate vacuum sealing bag and vacuum seal using the settings indicated. Place the vacuum sealing bag in the oven on the rack and cook using the settings indicated. Pre-heat the grill (depending on model). Take the baked apples out of the vacuum sealing bags, place in an ovenproof dish and place under the grill.
