Leave to marinate in the refrigerator. Take the salad out of the vacuum sealing bag. Settings Vacuuming Vacuum level: Grape and celery salad Useful tip Serve with fish or flash-fried meat. Instead of truffle oil, you can use walnut oil or another less flavoured oil. Scatter chopped toasted walnuts or hazelnuts over the salad to garnish.
