Tips for stain removal
Ink:
Denatured alcohol, lemon juice and
proprietary stain removers are effective
against ink stains. Vinegar or warm soapy
water are alternatives, but care should be
taken with these; try them on a hidden part of
the garment first.

Jam:
Warm water applied with a cloth is
usually enough to remove most jam stains.
For stubborn or heavy staining, treat as for
strawberries, i.e. with soapy water or a little
alcohol.
