Water intake is automatically terminated if the normal water level is not reached within an appropriate period of time. If there is water leakage inside the machine, the inlet valve inside the appliance is closed and the water in the suds container is pumped out. A float switch in the sump also detects leaking water. Waterproof system (WPS) WPS also features a double solenoid valve directly at the stopcock. In the event that the first valve is defective, the second one closes the inlet. The sheathed inlet hose also ensures the highest level of safety: in the event of a damage to the inlet hose, water flows down the outer sleeve into the sump.
