27 Miele washing machines No other liquid detergent washes whites as well as coloureds as thoroughly as the 2-Phase-System from Miele. That is because conventional liquid detergents do not contain any bleach as it would damage the other ingredients. However, oxygenated bleach is necessary to remove stubborn stains such as coffee, tea, fruit juice and red wine. UltraPhase 1 and 2 are stored and dispensed separately which makes it possible to add oxygenated bleach to the TwinDos system. Active ingredients in UltraPhase 1 break up the soil and remove stains such as oil, grease, protein and starch stains. With UltraPhase 2, oxygenated bleach is added at the appropriate time during the wash process and removes even stubborn stains such as coffee, tea, fruit juice or red wine.
