Miele Dishwashers Wash Programme Explanations AutoOpen Drying The dishwasher door automatically opens a fraction at the end of a programme cycle. This allows fresh, dry air to enter the cabinet and even challenging items such as plastics and glassware are dried perfectly. Special air ventilation protects the underside of the bench from moisture. Knock2Open Not wizardry, just Miele; Knock2Open turns a handle-less kitchen design into a magical experience both in operation and design. By knocking twice on the front of the integrated appliance, the door will open itself approx. 10cm using a mechanical latch. From there, simply pull the door outwards and the latch will retract. The sensor pad is located in the top third of the appliance door so there is no risk it will open if you are busy chopping away on the bench above the unit. EcoFeedback In the display, the EcoFeedback function shows you the estimated water and electricity consumption for the selected programme. This allows you to be more aware of the consumption usage for each programme you are using. At the end of the programme, you can choose to view the exact usage data in litres and kilowatts. MultiLingua All G 7000 series dishwashers feature the ability to change the language to suit your preferred option. This is easily done by accessing the setting and choosing the language, you wish the screen to be displayed in. The flag symbol is always the menu for the language setting so if you do accidently change the language from your preferred option, simply find the flag and you can change it back. WASH EXTRA/OPTIONS Express/Turbo* The Express Extra reduces the programme duration. In order to achieve optimum cleaning results, the temperature, and therefore the energy consumption, will increase with this option. The time by which the programme duration is shortened varies. *All G 5000 and G 7000 models ExtraClean* You can select this Extra to increase the cleaning performance of the programmes. If you activate this Extra, the programme duration and the main wash temperature will increase. Programmes normally without a pre-wash will incorporate a pre-wash phase. The water and energy consumption may increase. *Exclusive to G 79XX models IntenseZone* The IntenseZone Extra increases cleaning performance in the lower basket. Energy consumption increases due to the extended wash duration in the lower basket and the increased temperature. *All G 7000 models ExtraDry* You can select this Extra to increase the programme’s drying performance. If you activate this Extra, the programme dura- tion and final rinse temperature will increase. Programmes normally without a pre-wash will incorporate a pre-wash phase.
