Miele Stainless Steel grease filters are produced to perform at an extremely high standard. In fact, our filters can perform at up to 95% grease separation (depending on model). Thanks to the 10 layers and specifically designed patterns, bi products like grease, oil and fat are held within the filters. The 10 layers are made up of one Stainless Steel layer (the visible layer on the front) and nine aluminium layers.
