An induction cooktop adapts automatically to the pan size enabling greater flexibility with regard to cookware. Extended zone By selecting the bridge function two cooking zones can easily be combined and turned into an extended zone for casserole dishes. This additional function enables greater flexibility as a cooking zone can accommodate round pots as well as rectangular casserole dishes. PowerFlex induction zones PowerFlex zones are particularly versatile and flexible and can easily accommodate different sized pans including large pasta pans or casserole dishes. These cooktops also offer incredibly short heat-up times thanks to a booster output of up to 7.4 kW.
