Patented mop and cloth impregnation
Miele mop washers allow mops and cloths
to be impregnated with detergent or dis-
infectant so as to be ready for use again
when they leave the machine after the wash
cycle.
This provides cleaning personnel with a
supply of ready-to-use mops and cloths for
surface cleaning. In other words, the ma-
chine takes over the job of soaking textiles
in detergent or disinfectant, saving valuable
time and energy. Automatic impregnation
also ensures consistency of concentration
when working with detergents and disinfect-
ants. The risks of over- and underdosing
and of skin contact are considerably re-
duced. Rinsing and wringing out mops and
cloths by hand is a thing of the past!
Flexible residual moisture controls
Depending on requirements, a user-
programmable function allows residual
moisture settings to be selected for mops
and cleaning cloths.
The results: constant and perfect
residual moisture levels.

1.Wash, spin and impregnate soiled clean-
ing cloths in PW 5064 mop washer
2. Transfer impregnated cloths directly from
washing machine to supply container
3. Remove impregnated cloth from supply
container
4. Fold cloths before use
5. Dispose of soiled cloths after use
Cotton or microfibres?
The choice between cotton or microfibre
mops has significant implications on clean-
ing results. This intelligent mop washer is
able to differentiate between cotton and
microfibre textiles. A small change in the
controls modifies process technology with
great effect. The wash cycle results in
optimum cleaning performance and also ex-
tends the life of mops by many wash cycles.
