Which method of drying laundry is the best
today – ecologically and economically?
Line drying in the garden is not always
possible for everyone and at any time. Line
drying in a (heated) room is not
recommended from an ecological point of
view1). The additional air humidity in the
room requires increased ventilation,
otherwise damage from damp and mould
might occur. This results in considerable
heat loss.
