Add the sugar, icing sugar, vanilla sugar and salt and beat until soft. Then fold in the flour, followed by the egg white. Grease the glass tray. Put the dough in a piping bag and pipe it onto the glass tray in strips measuring approx. 5–6 cm in length. Place the drop cookies in the oven and bake until golden.
