Start the Automatic programme or Special application. Mix the oil with the salt and pepper; then coat the loins of lamb with it. Heat the oil in a pan. Sear the loins of lamb all over (approx. 1 minute per side). Remove the loins of lamb from the pan and insert the food probe. Place the loins of lamb on the rack and cook.
