104 Serves 4 | Preparation time: 125 minutes Ingredients Preparation For the turkey drumstick: 1 tbsp. oil 1 tsp. salt Pepper 1 turkey drumstick (1.2 kg), on the bone, ready to cook 250 ml water For the sauce: 150 ml water 200 g cream 200 g mango chutney 1 tin apricot halves (280 g) | drained and cut into pieces Salt Pepper Accessories: Glass tray Gourmet oven dish Food probe Mix together the oil, salt and pepper; then coat the turkey drumstick with it. Place the turkey drumstick, skin side up, in the Gourmet oven dish and insert the food probe. Place the Gourmet oven dish on the glass tray in the oven. Automatic programme: Start the Automatic programme, follow the instructions in the display and cook the turkey drumstick. Manual: Cook the turkey drumstick. Pour on water after 45 minutes and cook until done. Remove the turkey drumstick from the oven. To make the sauce, dilute the juices with water. Add the cream and chutney and briefly bring to the boil. Add the apricot pieces to the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring back to the boil.
