Programme When to use
Pre-wash
A
SHORT
For laboratory utensils and glassware with light water soluble
contamination.
This programme does not include a pre-wash or neutralisation.
The final rinse is carried out with de-ionised (AD) water.
B
MEDIUM
For normally soiled laboratory utensils and glassware where the
contamination is soluble in water or at higher temperatures where
alkaline.
This programme does not include a pre-wash.
The final rinse is carried out with de-ionised (AD) water.
C
LONG
For heavily soiled laboratory utensils and glassware where the
contamination is soluble in water or at higher temperatures where
alkaline.
This programme includes a pre-wash and neutralisation.
The final rinse is carried out with de-ionised (AD) water.
X
DRAIN
For draining water out of the machine, e.g. when a programme
has been interrupted. Turn the programme selector to the STOP
position first!
PRE-RINSE
For rinsing heavily soiled items (e.g. for removing soiling or
disinfectant residue or to prevent soiling drying on to glassware
when a complete programme does not yet need to be run).

) Rinse 2 has to be activated by the user if required. The machine can be programmed by a
service technician to use AD water for this rinse if required.

AD = Aqua destillata (programmable for Rinse stage 2)
