Active ironing table
The ironing table is equipped with a fan
for easy ironing. It is also 'intelligent' as a
built-in automatic switch-on and
switch-off function starts the fan as soon
as the steam button on the hand iron is
pressed, and in the event of a short break
during ironing, steam supply is
automatically switched off after a short
run-on time. The Memory function
registers if you have used steam
extraction or inflation during ironing. This
activates the function the next time steam
is required. A touch of a button directly on
the hand iron allows you to switch
conveniently between the two functions.
The power setting is also easily adjustable
to suit the textile.
Inflation function - air cushion for
particularly gentle fabric care
The FashionMaster ironing table features
an inflation function for items which need
to be smoothed but should not be
pressed. The fan creates an air cushion
between the item being ironed and the
table - perfect for ironing delicate
garments such as silk blouses with frills,
cashmere jumpers, etc. This function also
prevents seam and hem impressions on
lower layers of garments.
Suction function with three benefits
Optimum steam penetration without
condensation - the built-in suction
function ensures steam penetration of
garments and prevents build-up of
condensation on the ironing table. This is
of particular advantage when ironing
multi-layered garments. Items on the
ironing table are also automatically held
securely in place by the suction function
during ironing.
