74 Iced coffee with chocolate Serves 2 | Preparation time: 15 minutes Ingredients For the drink: 250 ml coffee | freshly brewed 20 g dark chocolate | chopped Ground cinnamon Ground cardamom 1 tsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. rum 200 g vanilla ice cream For decorating: 2 tbsp. whipped cream 2 tsp. grated chocolate Accessories: Microwave safe jug Glass tray 2 tall glasses Preparation Mix the coffee in a jug with the chocolate, cinnamon, cardamom, sugar and rum. Place on the glass tray and then place in the oven. Heat uncovered using the indicated settings until the chocolate has melted. Leave to cool slightly. Divide this coffee mixture between two tall glasses. Shape the ice cream into scoops or quenelles and place on top. Decorate with cream and grated chocolate. Settings Oven functions: Microwave Power level: 450 W Duration: 2 minutes 30 seconds Shelf level: 1 Useful tip: This recipe would also work well with stracciatella ice cream.
