72 Orange coffee Serves 4 | Preparation time: 15 minutes Ingredients 100 g cream 1½ tsp. vanilla sugar 375 ml strong coffee | cold 4 tsp. sugar 80 ml orange liqueur Accessories: Glass tray 4 microwave-safe cups Preparation Whip the cream and vanilla sugar together until stiff, then chill. Mix together the coffee, sugar and liqueur. Divide between four cups. Place the cups on the glass tray and then place in the oven. Heat uncovered using the indicated settings.
