52 Cream of potato soup with chervil Serves 4 | Preparation time: 30 minutes Ingredients For the soup: 40 g butter 1 onion | diced 30 g instant mashed potato powder 250 ml vegetable stock 250 g cream 100 ml milk, 3.5% fat 2 tsp. chervil, chopped A pinch of salt For the garnish: 100 g smoked ham | diced Accessories: Microwave-safe bowl, capacity 1.8 l Glass tray Heat-resistant cling film Paper towels Preparation Place the butter and onion in a bowl. Place on the glass tray in the oven, cover and sweat using the settings indicated for cooking stage 1. Add remaining soup ingredients and stir. Cover and cook using the settings indicated for cooking stage 2. Spread the diced ham between two layers of paper towel and cook the fat out using the settings for cooking stage 3. Add the ham to the soup.
