44 Potatoes in a curry sauce Serves 4 | Preparation time: 55 minutes Ingredients 2 onions, diced 2 tbsp. butter 1 kg waxy potatoes | diced 1 tbsp. curry powder 200 ml vegetable stock ½ tsp. salt 100 g cream 250 g peas, frozen ½ tbsp. cornflour Salt Pepper Accessories: Glass bowl, capacity 1.8 l Glass tray Heat-resistant cling film Preparation Place the onions and butter in a bowl. Place on the glass tray and place in the oven. Cover and cook using the settings indicated for cooking stage 1. Add the potatoes, curry powder, vegetable stock and salt, then stir. Cover and cook using the settings indicated for cooking stage 2. Add the peas and ⅔ of the cream, then stir. Cover and cook using the settings indicated for cooking stage 3.
