26 Pork stroganoff Serves 4 | Preparation time: 40 minutes Ingredients 500 g pork fillet, ready to cook 40 g butter 1 onion | finely diced 250 g fresh mushrooms | sliced Salt Pepper 60 ml dry white wine 125 g cream 3 tsp. cornflour 1 tbsp. water Accessories: Glass bowl, capacity 1.8 l Glass tray Heat-resistant cling film Preparation Finely slice the pork fillet into thin strips. Place the butter, diced onion and sliced mushrooms in a bowl. Place on the glass tray and place in the oven. Cover and cook using the settings indicated for cooking stage 1. Add the pork fillet. Season with salt and pepper. Stir, cover and continue to cook using the settings indicated for cooking stage 2. Add the wine and cream, stir, cover and cook using the settings indicated for cooking stage 3. Stir the cornflour into the water and then stir it into the sauce. Cover and continue to cook using the settings indicated for cooking stage 4 until the sauce thickens.
