62 Greek tomato salad Serves 4 | Preparation time 25–30 minutes Ingredients 4 tomatoes | halved crosswise 2 cloves of garlic | finely chopped Salt Pepper 4 stalks of basil leaves | finely chopped 100 g feta | finely diced Accessories: Perforated cooking container Preparation Place the tomatoes in a perforated cooking container with the cut surface facing upwards. Scatter the garlic over the cut surface of the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Scatter the basil over the tomato halves. Place the feta on top of the tomatoes and cook. Settings Temperature: 100 °C Duration: 3–4 minutes
