Chill the dough for around 30 minutes. Break the dough into small pieces weighing approx. 7 g each. Roll the pieces and then shape them into cones or crescents, and place them on the baking trays or universal trays. Place the vanilla biscuits in the oven and bake until pale yellow. Dust with vanilla sugar while still warm.
